Landing time is not pickup time.
Immigration, checked luggage and arrival-hall errands make curbside timing uncertain. The plan records the flight and arrival date so the pickup can be understood as an airport meeting, not a traveller's guess made before take-off.
Keep the driver's contact and the plan reference available offline. If the flight changes materially, the confirmed arrangement should explain how the update is handled before either party is waiting at the wrong time.

Two travellers with two large hard-shell cases can need a different vehicle from two travellers with cabin bags. Add large and small bags separately, along with a child seat or mobility requirement, before choosing a scheduled ride.

A scheduled ride can be selected when its route, date, departure window, seats and luggage capacity match. Its published fare appears in the plan. If no suitable listing exists, send the same route as a request and keep the price visibly pending until a driver responds.

Can the driver wait if our flight is delayed?
Share the flight details when requesting the transfer. The confirmed operating arrangement should state how the arrival is monitored and how a substantial schedule change is handled.
Can we stop for food on the way?
A sensible comfort or meal stop can be discussed. A planned attraction or material detour should be included before confirmation so mileage, time and luggage security can be assessed.
Is the transfer confirmed immediately?
No. A selected scheduled ride still receives a final check, while a requested ride waits for a suitable driver and price. No payment is due merely for submitting the plan.
