It is one Sri Lanka journey made from separate point-to-point transfers. You can add up to seven transfers in travel order, use a scheduled driver where one already fits, and keep unmatched routes private or opt in to sharing-request matching.

A scheduled transfer is future availability already listed by an approved driver, with a route, date, departure window, capacity and either a fixed or on-request price. An unmatched transfer stays private by default; you can explicitly choose to publish its safe route details and look for a compatible traveller sharing request. Both can remain together in one plan.

It depends on the plan. A plan made entirely from eligible fixed-price routes can continue to secure PayPal checkout and is confirmed only after the payment is captured and verified. If the plan contains a custom, pending-price or other review-only journey, we review every segment together and send one final invoice; no partial payment is requested at submission.

For an airport arrival, enter the Sri Lanka operating date, arriving flight number, the airport the flight is arriving directly from, and the scheduled arrival time in Sri Lanka local time. ‘Flight arriving from’ means the last airport immediately before landing in Colombo: for FCO → DXB → CMB, enter DXB; for a direct MXP → CMB flight, enter MXP. For an airport departure, enter the departure date, flight number and scheduled departure time; the planner calculates the recommended chauffeur pickup automatically. A plan can contain at most one airport or port arrival and one airport or port departure, including a mix of airport and port legs.

A window makes it easier to match realistic driver availability without pretending the exact pickup minute is already fixed. A scheduled transfer uses the driver’s listed window; the precise pickup time is agreed during confirmation.

Yes. Select ‘Return to the same starting location’ on that transfer. For a scheduled ride, the calculation uses the outward fare twice plus that driver’s daily allowance. For a requested ride, the fares and driver allowance remain clearly marked for confirmation.

You can request this between consecutive legs. Each full day is calculated as 100 km × the driver’s per-kilometre rate, plus Driver Bhata/allowance, meals and accommodation. If planned travel exceeds 100 km on a day, the additional kilometres use that same per-kilometre rate. Requested rides remain to confirm. Consecutive transfer dates have no in-between-day charge.

Not automatically. A segmented plan may use different approved drivers or vehicles for different routes. Select the keep-driver option where continuity matters; the team will confirm whether that same driver and vehicle are available.

Each eligible fixed-price route shows its locked LKR fare, and selected fixed prices are added to the known total. Private or custom transfers without enough accepted pricing data remain clearly marked as pending instead of being guessed. Car-pooling requests show the current per-traveller price when enough comparable segment data exists. The summary also shows touring-day return charges and any calculable keep-driver expenses.

Immediate PayPal checkout is available only when every journey in the checked plan is an eligible fixed-price route and the server reports checkout as available. If even one journey needs a custom price or review, the complete plan stays together for review and one later invoice instead of taking a partial payment.

Your fare is locked in LKR on the server. Checkout shows the LKR-per-USD rate and the exact USD amount sent to PayPal, rounded to the next cent where necessary. You review that amount before approving payment in PayPal. If a checkout expires and a new one is created, the currently available server rate may apply.

Bottled water, parking and highway toll charges are included. A scheduled card also shows whether comfort stops, a meal break, sightseeing stops and extra mileage are offered for that particular ride.

Ask for any stop you need when the team contacts you. The driver must confirm timing, road conditions, allowed extra mileage and any attraction tickets before travel. Scheduled rides show their advertised stop allowances on the card.

Not unless they are specifically confirmed in your final arrangement. Entrance tickets, opening hours and any extra time or distance are checked separately.

Enter every traveller, large bag and small bag for each transfer. Those counts carry forward when you add the next leg but remain editable. A scheduled ride can match only when it has enough available seats; always compare the listed luggage capacity with what you will actually carry.

The public request board shows only travel-safe details such as the route, date, departure window, passenger count and request reference. Your name, email, phone number and the rest of your itinerary are not displayed publicly.

Scheduled rides are published only from approved driver profiles and approved vehicle records. Vehicle class, capacity, air-conditioning and photographs are shown when available, and the final assignment is checked again before confirmation.

For an eligible all-fixed-price plan, verified PayPal payment confirms the booking and produces a booking reference. For a wider custom plan, you receive a plan reference; the team reviews every journey together, circulates only privacy-safe requested routes where appropriate, and contacts you with availability, pending prices and one final invoice.

Before opening PayPal, use ‘Edit this plan’ after checking or ‘Edit plan’ from the traveller-details stage to return to the same plan and make changes; it will be checked again before payment. Once checkout has opened, ‘Start over’ creates a fresh plan instead of silently changing the locked checkout. For a custom plan already sent for review, contact the team as soon as possible.
